Dear Tommy Landlady:

I am a former tenant who lived at 11778 East Hale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 91201 as of January 28, 2009 and moved out 22336. San Fernando blvd, Los Angeles, CA 91106. This letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with you that I should be receiving rent payment and security deposit on January 28, 2009.

Today I received bill from you, but I do not agree with your decision because you refused pay buck my February rent payment and security deposit why you are withholding my $600 of my deposit and my February rent payment, even though I gave you a formal 30-day written notice. I also have a few items that I question about.

1. You charged me $1000 to fees when my friends visited my room, even though these charges are not mentioned our original Lease Agreement.
2. You charged me $50 to clean the carpet. I believe that when I left the carpet clean and should not be charged again and it is normal wear and tear.
3. I also do not agree with $80 charge for the fixing the room door because I have never broken the door. When the door was fixed, you did not tell and ask me anything about bill.

Unfortunately, the problems remain unresolved. I would like to resolve these problems quickly. I am willing to solve through the Housing Office. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The Life and Death of a Pumpkin (review)

This movie describes how a pumpkin feels about the Halloween holiday. It is a very interesting movie.
The harvested pumpkin was taken by the humans. At that time it had not known what would happen next. Then it was carved to prepare it for Halloween. When I carved a pumpkin for last Halloween, I did not concern about the pumpkin's feeling. I just enjoyed carving the pumpkin because it was my first experience. If the pumpkin had feelings, I would not carve it. I would feel guilty, even though I like to watch a pumpkin being carved. The sound track and the narrator's voice, created a horror feeling. It makes you scared. Without the sound track and narrator's voice, this movie would just be a normal documentary film about the tradition of pumpkin carving.

My Experience

I had sad and silly experience which I have never experienced my life, but I have not regleted about this. I just tell my experience.
One day, my ex-boyfriend and I went to the dance hall. Before dancing time, we were having dinner together. When we were eating, suddenly his another female friend came up with us and started talking with him. Then he and she started dancing together in front of me, even though I had never danced with him. Finally, they went out some place together. I was left behind, shocked, and crying at that time.
Later, he called me, and explained that they have relationship as a familyfriend, but I did not believe it and want to trust him. I think that if they are just familyfriend each other, they did not need to dance in front of me and went out some place together.
For short time, it was difficlut for me to get over this happening because he helped me a lot and I liked him. Some times I kicked my self, but finally, I realized that I learned a lot of things from him and our experience, even though I can not mention about it in this blog. It is very helpful for me to live here. It also showed me what was the most important for me at that time. Before I felt nearly lost my purpose due to this happen, but now I feel great because I was able to handle from my sad memory. I just try my best to restart my life here.

How to wash delicate clothes

Since I came here, I have never brought my delicate clothes to dry-cleaner's because I heard from my freiend that when she brought her clothes to dry-cleaner's, her clothes was shrunken. I am afraid of shrunken clohes, but I knew how to wash delicate clothes by my self from my friend. I do not need to worry about shrunken clothes anymore. It is simple and cheap. I can save money.
Before wash your delicate clothes, make sure that you brush dirt off and pre-soak clothes in water within 3minutes. Then soak clothes in water with landry soap for delicate clothes with in 3minutes. After that, shake clothes gently into the basin. Next rince with plenty of water thoroughly and gently until you can see clear water. Finally, drain water (Do not squeeze clothes)
even though clothes seems to contain lot of water, just drain it. After drain clothes, put clothes on clean towel then put on another flat clean towel to dry.
